Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 July 2026
These Terms govern use of littlelullabies.mom and laundry services from Ciclo Clean, Rua do Souto 42, 4700-328 Braga, Portugal.
1. Services
We offer self-service laundry, wash-dry-fold, ironing, dry cleaning and related services. Prices (EUR) on the site are indicative until confirmed at the counter or in writing.
2. Drop-off and collection
Service orders are logged at drop-off. Collect within 14 days of notice that work is ready; thereafter storage fees may apply. Uncollected items after 90 days may be disposed of under Portuguese law after reasonable notice.
3. Care and liability
We follow care labels and ordinary professional standards. Please declare fragile or high-value items. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where Portuguese law requires otherwise.
4. Self-service
Customers operate machines at their own care. Follow posted instructions. Report machine faults to staff immediately.
5. Payment
Self-service is paid at the machine or via loyalty card. Counter services are paid on collection unless agreed otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
Website content and Ciclo Clean branding remain our property.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
